Terms of Service

1. About United Notary Connect

United Notary Connect (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) is an online matching service operated by Drawlorac Business Solutions, LLC that connects individuals and businesses (“Clients”) with commission-verified notary publics and loan-signing agents (“Notaries”). We facilitate introductions only. We are not a notary service provider, do not provide notarization services, and are not a party to any agreement between a Client and a Notary.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of this Platform you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Drawlorac Business Solutions, LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Client Accounts

• Client accounts are free. We do not charge Clients any fees for using the matching service.
• Clients receive contact information for matched Notaries after submitting a service request. Clients agree to use that information solely to arrange notarization services and not for unsolicited marketing, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Payments for notarization services are made directly between Client and Notary. United Notary Connect does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment between the parties.
• Clients are responsible for verifying that a Notary is legally authorized to perform the requested services in the applicable jurisdiction.

5. Notary Accounts

• Notary accounts require an active paid monthly subscription. Subscription fees are charged on the first of each month in advance. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in the suspension of your listing and referral access.
• Notaries must hold a current, valid notary commission issued by a state authority for each state in which they perform services. Notaries representing themselves as commission-holders without a valid commission are subject to immediate termination.
• Notaries who offer loan-closing / mortgage signing services must maintain current E&O insurance, a background check on file, and a valid NNA Signing Agent certification as required by the Platform.
• Notaries agree to upload accurate credential documents and to promptly update the Platform when credentials expire or are revoked. A credential expiration will result in automatic profile deactivation.
• Notaries are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship between United Notary Connect and any Notary.
• Notaries set their own fees and are solely responsible for collecting payment from Clients, for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and for the quality of services they provide.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or at any time.
• Upload fraudulent, altered, or expired credential documents.
• Use contact information obtained through the Platform for spam, harassment, or fraud.
• Circumvent the Platform by directing matches to off-platform booking services to avoid fees.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform or its systems.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or for any reason we deem appropriate to protect the safety and integrity of the Platform. Founding Member rates and any grandfathered pricing are permanently forfeited upon account cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Clients may submit reviews of Notaries after a confirmed appointment. Reviews must be honest and based on direct personal experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or that we determine to be false, misleading, or abusive.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Notaries are licensed, insured, or competent; that matches will be available for every request; or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Credential verification is based on documents submitted by Notaries and does not constitute a guarantee of their accuracy or validity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawlorac Business Solutions, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between Clients and Notaries, notarization errors, unauthorized access to your account, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pulaski County, Arkansas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
