Your name, email, phone, and address. Takes two minutes.

Complete your profile
Set your fees (notarial fee, mileage, additional charges), service types, home zip, travel radius, and availability schedule.

Upload your credentials
Commission certificate, E&O insurance, and government-issued photo ID are required. Add your RON certification if you offer online notarization.

Once we approve your credentials your profile is active. You'll receive a text the moment a client in your area submits a request that matches your profile.

Confirm appointments by text
After the client calls you, both of you reply ACCEPT or DECLINE by text. When both accept, you both get a full confirmation.
