How United Notary Connect works
For clients
- Create a free account with your basic info.
- Search by zip code and the notary service you need (mobile, in-office, or online).
- Review up to 3 matched notaries. Contact details stay hidden until you submit the needs form.
- Complete the needs form — it unlocks the notary contact info on screen and texts it to you.
- Call the notary directly. After your call, both you and the notary will receive a one-reply ACCEPT/DECLINE text. If both ACCEPT, you both receive a full appointment confirmation.
- You’ll get a 24-hour reminder, and we’ll ask for a quick review after the appointment.
For notaries
- Create a free visitor account.
- Subscribe to Basic, Pro, or Premium.
- Complete your profile, fees, and service areas.
- Upload your commission certificate, ID, bond, and (if applicable) E&O insurance and RON certification.
- Once we approve your credentials, you’re live and will start receiving referral texts.
What we do — and don’t do
- We match clients to credentialed notaries and handle messaging.
- We do not process or hold client-to-notary payments. You arrange payment directly with your notary.
- We store your zip code for matching but not your full service address.
